Submission Guidelines

Artists should submit a video clip of one whole song, not to exceed three (3) minutes, thru the link below in the application form. Artists must perform with a LIVE musical accompaniment (including self-accompaniment). The last day for contestant entries is June 30, 2025. Entries will be vetted as they are sent in for evaluation. Entries will be closed once the preliminary video evaluations accepts 15 Artists for the preliminary rounds of competition. Artists should submit entries early. Bell Tower Cultural Center will post on this and their website how many spots are still available to compete, if any, until the June 30 deadline.

Artists should include the following information in their submission form below:

1. First and last name
2. City & State (Entries must have an address within Northampton, Lehigh, Monroe Counties in Pennsylvania or Warren County, NJ
3. Preferred Week of performance
4. Performance resume or summary of performance experience
5. Social media or website links
6. Genre/Weekly Theme - if submitting for multiple genres, submit a separate video for each video -   FILES CANNOT EXCEED 10MB 

· File labeled with full name and song title, e.g. "Daryl Nitz - I Will Survive"

Artists will be notified via email whether they will be participating and which day they are scheduled to perform and will be given a code to pay via an Eventbrite link.
